October 2008	At LUDECA's annual sales meeting, held recently at our new, state-of-the-art interactive Training Center in Miami, sales representatives, employees and management shared information on new products, industry trends, and the company's strategic plans for 2009.
October 2008	Spread the word! The VIBXPERT EX is a finalist in the 2008 Plant Engineering Magazine Product of the Year competition.
August 2008		LUDECA introduces the VIBXPERT EX , a new two-channel FFT data collector and signal analyzer for monitoring and diagnosing machine conditions in the chemical industry, in refineries, in the oil and gas industry and in any other potentially explosive environment that requires intrinsically safe measuring systems.
April 2008		OPTALIGN smart has been distinguished with the title “Design Award 2008 Nominee”. The Design Award is the official recognition of excellence in design offered by the Federal Republic of Germany. This award is further evidence that PRÜFTECHNIK Alignment Systems lays special emphasis not only to the functionality of its products but also to the design and ergonomics of all new products.
March 2008		Dieter Seidenthal, VP of LUDECA, accepted the Gold Award for the OPTALIGN smart at the 20th Annual Plant Engineering Product of the Year gala dinner in Chicago, IL. Gold, silver and bronze trophies were handed out to the products judged as the best new products of 2007 by Plant Engineering Magazine readers.
January 2008	LUDECA opens new Alignment, Vibration Analysis and Balancing Training Center We are pleased to announce the opening of our new Doral, Florida international training center. The newly-built state-of-the-art facility features large classrooms equipped with the very latest in interactive audio-visual training systems and training simulators for machinery alignment, condition monitoring and balancing, all with dedicated laser alignment, vibration analysis and balancing systems. We offer practical hands-on courses, taught by experts, in a small class size to promote one-on-one interaction and personalized attention. From basics to the most advanced applications, everything is covered in depth. Training courses are offered in English (Spanish also available) and are scheduled throughout the year at our training center or can be scheduled on-site at your facilities. We look forward to serving your training needs soon!
January 2008		The OPTALIGN smart is a Gold Winner in the 2007 Plant Engineering Magazine Product of the Year competition - Maintenance Tools & Equipment category. Awards will be presented at the Manufacturing Summit in Chicago next March.

February 2007	PRÜFTECHNIK Condition Monitoring Center is certified by representatives of the Germanische Lloyd Industrial Services GmbH (GL). GL certifies that the processes employed by the Monitoring Center are in conformity with GL directive IV - Part 4 of GL Wind. In addition to the Monitoring Center, PRÜFTECHNIK also offers two products with GL Wind certification - the VIBROWEB XP online monitoring system and the OMNITREND software.

September 2006	LUDECA introduces BORALIGN Ultra for bore alignment and STRAIGHTNESS Ultra for X & Y-axis straightness measurement with the ROTALIGN Ultra.
February 2006	LUDECA is recognized as a preferred vendor of Predictive Technologies in the 2006 Plant Services Magazine Reader's Choice Awards. First Place for Alignment Instrumentation and Third Place for Vibration Analysis.
January 2006	The Rotalign ULTRA is a Silver Winner in the 2005 Plant Engineering Magazine Product of the Year competition - Maintenance Tools & Equipment category. Awards will be presented at a black-tie reception during the 2006 National Manufacturing Week, which takes place March 21-23, Rosemont, IL.
